mysterious rubber hose

so yesterday i noticed a small little rubber hose dangling under my front bumper, ne one know what it could be? and when i touched under neath for it, i noticed that its damaged and its wet, like water runs thru it, ne one know what that small hose is?i think i kinda remember it when i was doing my FMIC install, buti thoguth i tucked it away well enuff, but yea anyone know what it is? and what it does, and what the negitives of it being damaged? you can see it in this picture


can i jsut tape it up? or should i replace it? i smelt what was coming outta the house, kinda smelt just like water

so i just looked at it again and its not cut or damamged, i must have been trippin yesterday feeling water, maybe bc i just washed my car hu, but its some wires in a hose, looking like some kind of sensor, ne one know what kinda sensor?

wires in hose?..... that dont sound right.... The outside temp sensor is out there

yea seems like the hose is just covering the wires for protection. bc at the end of the hose i can see two wires and its like a harness for something, seems like a sensor
