I was doing a search for coilovers and came across these D2 coilovers. Have any of you heard or know anything about these. They claim to have a 36 way dampening system, powder coated aluminum camber plates and upper pillow ball mounts ( not sure what the pillow ball mounts are for though )

    Things i have "heard"
    - Break randomly, yet some hold well
    - Made in Taiwan
    - Stolen name from D2 Which is a British wireless provider...
    - Never really were in business, now already out?

I once researched these too, never found anything good really :( love the color hehe

I was just curious if these were a new item for our cars or just junk since I couldn't find any posts on them. It appears that if they have quality and buisness issues, quess they are junk.

mixed reviews. and i don't know if i'd really ever put any adjustable shock on our cars that wasn't a koni/bilstein based. well, i wouldn't if i actually cared that the adjustments meant anything at all.

if you want get k-sports. I have had them on my MK3 GTI vr6 and my 240sx. loved them. Also alot of my freinds have them. very nice stuff. They are also big with the VW crowd. mk5,4 and 3. look them on vwvortex

BSH sells them on vwvortex and they are a forum advertiser. i think they are one on here also. Thats where i got mine from
