just getting rid of gallbladder (laproscopic) since the found some pholyps tha has increased in size- just a preventative before it becomes cancerous. Nothing as bad as my brain surgery 10 years ago.

B5 S4, my 1-2 synchros are bad and it's grinding and SUPER notchy. There is a rebuild kit (JHM Kit Click Here). So I would need my tranny dropped, opened and replaced with the JHM kit, then put back in. It also comes with a DVD with step-by-step instructions on how to pull/replace all the parts. If your interested I would really appreciate a PM to discuss matters further. Thanks!

If you're anywhere near LA County, I can drive to you to take a look at it. I might be able to get by with a tranny fluid flush and change (hasn't been done in a while) but seeing as how it's a common problem with B5 R/S4s I think thats what I need.

He helped me fix a bunch of problems on my car and helped me swap out my rear brake pads in a little under 20 mins.

Unfortunately since I'm STG3, it is bound to happen to ALL trannys I put in my car until I buy the rebuild kit, which has upgraded shift collars and synchros. So instead of paying close to it by buying a used tranny + install, I'd rather do the full rebuild on mine and be done with it.
