Humming sound from engine bay...

Kinda weird i searched but found nothing. When i have close to zero vacuum between 0 and 5 i get a weird humming noise from the engine bay. Very faint but if the radio is off and windows up its noticable, not sure what the hell this could be or if its affecting anything.

Yeah this is an odd problem..

Do you have a stock Diverter valve or a 710N diverter valve? When I had my 710N diverter valve in I had the same thing happen to me. I by passed the n249 valve and the noise decreased, I replaced the diverter valve with a evo MS valve (metal piston) and the noise went away completely.
