Great, you can even do some tagging with that spray paint when you're done.

    lol, from that topic
"THat's not that bad for a DIY project. Much sanding is required but the end result looks like a B+"
meaning he fail'd...I think its a neat project for people to attempt, but I couldnt justify doing that to my car..I just have my doubts on how long this "splitter" will last while driving and hitting things

Maybe that's the only reason this is called a "splitter"?

    haha...

actually, if anything, i think they'd hold up better than a cupra. it's a very dense rubber-like material that can absorb some blows (rocks, bumps, etc.) in situations that might break the brittle cupra plastic. i used heavy duty industrial 3M outdoor mounting tape and this stuff's really lightweight, so i'm very confident that mine's will hold up like a champ... it'll go through a torture test this ski season; so we'll see.

either way, even if it does "break", it's $10 and takes 30 minutes to do.

and if done RIGHT, it does *not* look cheap at all (people think it's OEM):

    here's mine painted with plastidip

Does it vibrate when you're driving? Not sure how stiff it is... seems if it's too flexible the wind would vibrate it.
