Do B6 S4's have stainless steel brake lines? Did a search under "brake lines" and found nothing.

    Thanks!

    Me: What is No

    Alex Trebek: Correct answer

lol, sorry I found that a little funny. They have regular rubber lines, I know because I have B6 S4 brakes on my car and replaced the lines with Stoptech SS lines

    lol...random...

    on topic:

SS lines made a noticeable difference...on my altima at least
The brakes engaged slightly earlier by just feathering the brake pedal, but then again I have 13” 4 piston brakes on a car that weights 2800lb so go figure.

    Re: Quick question: Brake lines

...what you may find suprising is, underneath the rubber exterior of the stock lines, lies kevlar reinforced brake lines.

When you replace worn brake lines with fresh brake lines, no matter the construction, you'll always "feel" a difference.

We're working with a few manufacturers and have been developing kits for the various Audis!

Rubber lines will never equal the "feel" of a true stainless steel braided brake line. There's no expansion and all of the braking for exerted on your pedal is transferred right to your brake system. I'm sure a lot of guys can benefit from this upgrade.

i am running the goodridge stainless lines front and back. i couldn't honestly tell a difference before and after with agressive street driving. don't track the car though...
