Ended up buying a warranty that is good from the 92,200 - 152,000 mark. Warranty was quite expensive, but I thought it would pay off (those K03s going eventually, etc).
The warranty is activated at 93,300 miles and 30 days after the purchase of the warranty, July 31. Though AA Auto Warranty and Alpha Warranties.
My car now has 94,440 and it has been 39 days since, so I can file a claim.
Control arms just starting making sounds a week ago, so I took into a performance shop, they wrote up a quote and sent it over to Alpha, and they denied the claim saying it was a "pre-existing condition".
These parts are covered under the warranty, I am past my activation period, and they are denying the claim.
I understand their concern because it is so close to the activation date, but it should be covered. I argued for the past day, no use. I appealed it...probably no use.
It's gonna suck if they say "pre-existing condition" if my turbos fail in a few months and they won't cover those.
