Apparently i need a timing belt

Went to my local dealer for the timing belt inspection in response to the letter i got from Audi Canada and at 118k i apparently need a new timing belt.
Any one have a good local shop in the Mississauga Oakville area?
Any experience with H2sport in Georgetown.

why not get it done at the dealer with the service action the dealer pays for 1 hour labour towards the install

damm for my timing belt install in in portmoody BC canada i payed 8 and that included a tuneup as well

OH and make sure you get the METAL IMPELLER the Dealer will supply a plastic one..(on the water pump)

Who all has had the dealer inspect their timing belt as per the reset AOA letter?

So far everyone who has gone - apparently needs a timing belt...

???

I have a 2002 with 95,000km and just went in for service...they said I have some stress cracks due to age and not due to mileage...they told me if I wanted to get it done it would cost $1100 labour included...then he pulled me aside and said it would prob last another 10,000km so i'm waiting for a bit and then going to get someone else to do it

Well, since Bryan did mine about 12 months ago; the dealership had nothing to say about it.

I had mine done at H2 sport. Wasn't a smooth install (there was a rattling due to something being incorrectly reinstalled). Luckily there were working late and fixed it while i waited otherwise I would have had to leave it another day. No follow up call from them to see how it was running. I have a small indi shop in Milton that I use called Milton Imports. The guy there is great. I would have used him but his shop had a fire and he was out of commission.

i would say either independent tunning or H2sport. I have bought different things from both stores...im going inon thursday to see jay again....either one is great.
