    what did you guys do for exhaust manifold to turbo bolts? my exhaust housing will not allow me to put bolts in from the time as there is just no room. Any pictures or words of advice would be great. thanks

    I used shortened studs. I also installed the exhaust housing onto the manifold first.

    The only stud I needed a shorter one for was the one in the second pic on the left hand side. The others I was able to use full size studs. Because of this I just trimmed a bit off the stud that needed to be shorter and re-threaded it.

    I have to install my exhaust housing onto the manifold outside of the car (frame rail is in the way). I also had the studs oversized to 10mm because I kept breaking the 8mm studs. There's plenty of room, you just have to thread all four nuts on at the same time and torque them down evenly because the internal WG limits access to one stud.

    ok i think i figured out a solution. thanks for the input. And yes, i upgraded mine to 10mm studs as well.

    next question, what do you guys use for a waterline from the block? i bought the 3/8" barb from atp but it appears that the barb coming of the block is 1/2"?

    i have stainless for drain and feed but i didnt know how to connect stainless to the block for the coolan line so i just did rubber. Im not to worried about it

    do the four injector spacers just go inbetween the fuel rail and the top of the injectors?
