Does anyone here hunt wild pig ?

I would like to go. Does anyone do this and eat it too? I think it would be fun to eat it also. Im serious .

If you like to get up close and personal when you kill the pig then I have a few friends that do. I just buy my pork from the market though. No need for dogs or the risk of getting your nuts gored off.

the first time i ate wild pig in hawaii, my first bite constituted of a .22 round and some really tasty pig. almost swalloed the 22 round thinking it was just random bone like i do with watermelon seeds. glad i spit that shit out!

Knives only on Oahu. Too many stray bullets and Arrows were going into people's houses. On the outer island they allow guns/bows in certain areas. My wife's co-worker goes to molokai to hunt deer, goats and wild pigs.

Here's how they usually do it. Use the dogs to track, corner and hold the pig and the hunter goes in for the kill. Unfortunatly sometimes the pig gets loose and injures/kills the hunter and some of the dogs.

I always see wild pigs up at tantalus. If you go, just be careful. They charge at you and don't stop. Just make sure you have good tree climbing skills.

Man that sounds intense. Even more intense if I went naked, or just in a sarong..Wouldnt that be intense!? Naked hunting that fricken thing?

hunters commonly go into the mountains behind my house. I live up at the end of the street up the mountain from circuit city in pearl city. Interesting of note: a 77 yr old man was on the news that he dissappeared after hiking into the mountain last friday. Now I got a street full of people hiking the hunting trail every morning when i go to work.

I'm definitely interested in this as well. Not the stabbing with the man-sword but the hunting wild pig. Being that I'm white I don't really know anyone who does it and would be willing to take me.
