I am about bleed my barkes, with Motul 5.1 I just put in stainless steel lines front and back. Should I bleed my clutch at the same time and also should I bleed my ABS pump? Where is the nipple located for the clutch slave cylinder if I have to bleed it, and also If I have to bleed the abs pump do i just run the system through vag-com or do I need to rebleed after I run it?

shouldn't have to bleed the slave cylinder at this time unless you want to. just make sure the fluid level doesn't go down too far passed the minimum line in the reservoir. if you really want to bleed the slave cylinder, it's on the driver's side of the tranny on top and it's a pain to get to unless you have really skinny arms and small hands.

make sure you get all of the air out of the brake lines or else they'll be really crappy and the pedal will compress really easily.
