Here are the pics of my rims. Bbs lm reps. 18x8.5 in the front w/225/40/18 and 18x9.5 in the rear w/255/40/18. Custom painted matte black. I have my thoughts on them already and I think I might do something different with them. Enjoy

no offense, but i just cant get myself to like the all black look, i feel like i cant even see what wheel it is...if you threw in another color, ie a diff color lip or something? idk maybe thatd win me over lol but hey you obv like them on your car so who the hell am i ?!?!

Thanks everyone on the comments. I got them from ebay. Its the only seller on there left but I got them for the b5 5x100 and then got the lug pattern changed. I also agree that its too much black and it needs something to add to it. I was thinking one of two options. Bring back the polished lip and leave the center black or paint the center gold. I was always more into the vip look than the agressive look. I will post pics of what I am talking about, colorwize.

Dude leave those rims on. your a4 looks real good.

You can always do the gold with the chrome lip. that would look good too.

Sorry to jump topics on your thread but i noticed that the strip of chrome below your license plate where the trunk meets the bumper is black. Does it come like that on white b6's or did you have to paint it? If so, how did you remove it. I could probably figure this out myself but i would rather have some advice so i don't damage it.

btw, i DID search the forums and came up empty handed.

mdzaudi, I removed it and plastidiped it. It comes off so easy. Just us a real small flat head screw driver and just pry from one end and go to the other. And to put it back on it just snaps back in.

damn i love white USPs... beautiful! i personally dont dig the all black rim theme but it matches really well with the tint and black USP insert on the rear bumper.. you need some decent sized tips on your exhaust and get them powdercoated black...

now black with a chrome lip looks even better!

That's a great looking ride, very simple yet effective mods...tints look like my old FL tints before I had to remove them here in MD for inspection purposes.

Some 4" vibrant tips would really compliment the rear IMHO...

A little too dumped for my liking, I think its because the wheels are only 18's, because I usually like dumped cars. Nice nonetheless though

I think they look good, but I'd certainly do one of two things - a white stripe on the lips or polished lips. Either would look GREAT. Please post pics after you're done w/ the wheels!

I agree with A4_Kidd, looks a little to slammed for 18's. I like the wheel and the rivets and the black but you are right about needing more color. I personally don't like black/chrome lip because unless you have 19's or larger I think it makes the rims look small. Sweet ride though
