    any real time comparison of this cold air intake over the stock intake?

    Maybe the info is on the site. I havnt done any research on it yet.

    620whp 93octane
    806/767 whp/wtq on C16
    10.4 @ 136 C16 (bad slipping clutch)
    138mph best trap with slipping clutch.

    I had an EVO intake on my B5 1.8T. Didn't notice any more power, but i made a big difference in sound...

    Does it fit with bigger maf with accordian hose? Will the icm's be cooled enough? If all answer is yes, than it's worth

    will do. Is anybody running any aftermarket intake? if you are how does it compare to the stockers? i been deciding for like 4 months if i should get one or not.

    I run something similar, car seems to like it.

    IMO its tough to improve on our stock airboxes. I've went Darrintake style with some holes in the bottom of the box w/ a K&N filter. Prolly minimal help if any.

    No way I could justify spending a few bills on an intake. I've yet to see real supporting numbers.

    No difference really, the dv's are much louder and you can hear the turbo sucking in all that air. RICER FTW

    Agree...I didn't notice any noticeable gains with my Darintake mod, except that I think I get a slightly better throttle response.

    yep. I can't complain cause it was free, but it blows my mind how many people spend so much on new intakes after reading threads like these.

    yep i built one myself with 3 inch pipe and a dry filter..i run it when i want that ricer pshhh lol
