hesitation

I have the 1.8t quattro with the tiptronic... when i step on the gas, i have about a 1.5 second hesitation... is there anyway to get rid of it?

A Sprintbooster will aid big time in our "drive by wire" hesitation. Check e-bay or google Sprintbooster. I cannot wait to get one, it eliminates the throttle lag.

it does always hesitate... if i am at a complete stop and push it, the engine doesnt even really rev, it just sits there, then revs, then goes.... it does it on the highway too...
