Anyone still having communication problems with these guys??? Here's my story, Terry emailed me he's out of the hospital and ready to kick ass on the project. I'ts going on 4 weeks now, I got an email from him 2 weeks after receiving the trim pieces he's still working on it. How long does it take to make this shit? I tried calling and emailing him just to give me a time frame of when it will be finished.... No answer! I'm tired of looking at my jacked interior going on a whole fucking month. This is not something I need, Its something I want and can live without. No matter what type of business you're in, time is money and if you cant deliver the goods on time you will loose business. These guys created a great niche here but with this type of business attitude towards customers it will do more harm than help. Please, somebody tell me I'm being impatient.

Hey man....when I had mine done it took a couple of weeks....I understand your frustration I didnt like my car torn apart either...but the guy was in the hospital.....be a little bit patient or a little bit more patient...trust me its well worth the wait!!! This is not typical of Terry....i dont know the extent of him being in the hospital but i know he is a disabled vet....did you try contacting him through his website?

Well, I did hear from Terry and Winston and feel a lot better. All I wanted was to be informed. I am a very understanding guy and shit happens but when you are trying to get in contact over a period of time and getting ignored then you start getting frustrated and thinking negatively. I've seen the job these guys have done and how they grade their work, so I have no doubt it will be professional. "Communication" is Key!
