blown dv's?

And any Stage 1,2 owner blowing dv's,Ko4's and those wanting a responsive, mechanical solution to the factory valve and it's somewhat undesireable charecteristics. Sorry about the pics.

well a new DV but need more detail and better pics. i think i'm feeling sick!

A mechanical dv, 3" inlet pipe, and upper charge pipe. all t304 stainless, tig welded. Eliminates blown valves, improves throttle feel, and upgrades the turbo inlet pipe and upper intercooler pipe. No fault codes.
Just a prototype, next one will have a bracketed stainless crossover pipe. As well as a different valve. Could do a cone filter set up too, for the noise lovers..

Another one. This time with a Forge motorsport "supersize" dv and cone filter. The heatshield will be finished on next visit.
This system solves several issues with the stock dv as well as stock placement aftermarket dv's(forge etc.), and behaves as a "cold air" recirculation system. Others are selling only a 3" mandrel bent pipe as an inlet pipe, no fab, no testing for over $150!!
