    Exhaust Interior Sounds

I'm sure all you stock intake/exhaust 6 speed manual trans people might agree with me that our cars are too fkn quiet inside. What can i do, besides a full cat-back exhaust or testpipe/cat delete. I just want to hear my engine a little bit more and maybe make the sound a little deeper. Can i get that with just an exhaust tip or a minimal adjustment to my exhaust? I don't need a full exhaust... my goal is to get smoother shifts while I'm listening to music. Right now, I roll my back windows down during the day to get audio feedback from my exhaust.

    Roll down your windows.

Or you could get an exhaust cut-out. Phrost has a thread floating around about his.

    Re: Exhaust Interior Sounds

Is the exhaust cut out a dump valve? If so, i def. do not want that. I am talking a small increase in sound.

Also, like i said earlier, I already do roll down my windows when i'm listening to music. Otherwise I look at my gauge, but I don't like driving while looking at my gauge. SOOOO freakin quiet inside. I can barely hear it in daytime traffic.
