Exhaust Leak?

Ive got a test pipe connecting into a Thermal exhaust which has a leak.
The mechanic called me saying that the 'flex' pipe below the down pipe is is broken and he can replace it if i get the part. Can someone explain which part hes referring to?

He is talking about the flex piece on the DP that bends.

Looks like this.

Thouse things do tend to rust out...
