iphone 3g integration??

Was wondering if anyone has integrated their iphone 3g with the rns-e in a4 2006 (B7)?

Also somewhat related:
when i connect my iphone via bluetooth, i can see my contacts in the center console by selecting mode from the steering wheel. But i cannot see my contacts on the rns-e screen under tel or name. ?????

I can see my contacts, but I have a ridiculous echo when using the handsfree. Its a well documented issue with the iphone 3g.

As far as I know the Tel and Name directories on the headunit are only those manually entered into the car. I only use them for voice dialing. The contacts on your cell only show up on the center console.
