headers and resonators

i got a b6 s4 and was wondering if they make headers for my car cause i havent been able to find them anywhere. And i have f.i. h pipe non res. exhaust and i was thinking about taking off the resonators to make it louder. Good idea or na? let me no

no one manufactures headers specifically made for our apps, to my knowledge. your best bet is to go custom - kooks custom headers appears to make some quality stuff.

There is already a little rasp - I wouldn't take out the resonators. It might be a little too uncivilized without the resonators and headers! but it is up to you, mi amigo

Now that I look at it, I'm not sure if there are headers on the car. Wow, that is loud. ;)

The motor must be out of the car for headers. Not enough room otherwise. They are not mass-made for this reason. Listen to a non-res version of your exhaust and that's what yours' will sound like. Personally, I think the F.I. systems are a little loud to begin with, but everyone's opinion is different.
