B5 Carbon Fiber Boser Hood

Who sells them. I seem to be finding every generation but a B5. Ive seen pictures of them on peoples cars on her and vortex so its obvious they exist but where do you find online to buy? Thanks!

The hoods on AWE web site include freight shipping no matter what since they would have to pay for shipping to their shop or if it gets drop shipped to the customer. This is why they list the FI hoods for $900-$1130, when those hoods sell for around $650-$850.

They dont have any on their website unless im missing it? Im only seeing a stock CF hood and a vented CF hood

So, it looks like there are a few folks out there still offering B5 Vorsteiners. Price may be a bit lower than in the past. The official Vorsteiner site does not list Audi on it, so a bit confusing. No way to really know unless someone chimes in about ordering one lately (or not finding one).

Earlier this year they stopped doing the DVMP version of the hood, they still offer single and double sided CF versions of the hood.

Fitment is great. Weight benefit is less than half what you get from relocating the battery to the rear of the car.

Like the others sais, its vorsteiner. I made my boser out of fiberglass. Took about 2 hours

I dont know if evilaudi is still on here but his was custom and really clean. Dtmautohaus sells cf ones for about 800-900 bucks. I love the look just dont have the money for it.
