Tranny is in the shop, now I'm right near the rear seal on my 96 A4 Q with 240K miles. It's not leaking now...but see the 240K miles. Since I'm there should I replace the seal? Benltley talks about replacing the flange and a lot of hassel...but I think they're assuming I'm replacing the flywheel too. If I just want to replace the seal (and I see several places just sell the seal) is it a big deal to do? Don't I just mark the flywheel good, take it off, pry out the old seal and slide a new one on?

Anyone replaced the rear seal on the 2.8 AFC?
