VAG in Salt Lake?

Hey can anyone help me out? I just clear cornered and I don't have a vag com to make it so the corners only turn on when I have the turn indicators on. I only have macs so I can't use the $20 ebay cable. If someone could bring their laptop and cable to that canyon cruzin meet or something thatd be great thanks!!

you do not vag it out. check out Rus4ty's write up on how to do it, it's very easy all you need is pliers.

edit: it may be different on newer cars, but i doubt it. Hope this helps!

Do you have a link to the write up? all I know is doing this

EURO HEADLIGHTS (ambers off unless turn signal is on, also enables high beams + fogs)

Step 1:
Click on the [09-Cent. Elect.] button.



Step 2:
Click on the [Recode - 07] button.



Step 3a (XENON):
Change the Software Coding to "01021" and click the [Do It!] button to recode this module. If you want to revert back to the original coding, use "01023".

Step 3b (HALOGEN):
Change the Software Coding to "01001" and click the [Do It!] button to recode the module. If you want to revert back to the original coding, use "01003".
