OEM R8 Euro Sport Seats in an RS4? Possible?

Actually in Europe a similar seat is offered for the RS4 from the factory...

you will need resistors to take care of the side airbags issues that you will encounter with the seat swap.

The euro R8 seats and the euro RS4 seats are the same besides the way the leather is cut out right?

Not just Europe - the rest of the world.

And not only that, I believe they were the standard fitment (certainly were standard fitment in Australia) with the S4 style fully electric Recaros a no cost option.

the australia spec rs4 came with these seats also .. they are currently fitted to my car ... if you are a burley bloke forget it ... as they are a tight fit ! but amazing none the less

Recaro is the manufacture of the R8 / RS4 Seats. Their basically Sportster CS Seats built to Audi Specs. You can purchase a Sportster CS seat equipped with Side Airbags directly from Recaro as well !
