All of these issues have manifest themselves in the past few days. I assume they are related, but have no way to confirm. This is all in chronological order.

-Oil cap fill cap fell off (I had it half tightened so it would vent due to stuck check valve. Oil level was fine, car went into limp mode. Oil and filter were immediately changed, and the cap was replaced with the revamped vented cap.
-Car run fine - 24PSI, zero hesitation, perfect idle etc.
-Noticed that the radio would stay on after I turned the car off. It never did this before.
-Display of ambient temperature is no longer available.
-Air conditioning is non responsive.
-After looking under the hood, I noticed a small rubber cover covering what looks like a sensor on or near the radiator fan (This cover is between the bipipe and radiator and is made of soft, thin rubber). Clearly, much of the rubber has been shredded/melted by the fan blades. The two wires appear fine, but I'm not even sure what that sensor is.
-Upon limping the car home, I noticed the fog lights don't work either.

So far, all I've been able to do is do a visual inspection of the upper hoses/wires for obvious breaks, as well as check the fuses. The fuses appear fine, but to double check, I switched a few (of equal amperage) around....No change.

Any advice?

Car is a 2000, with about 85,000 miles - Full AWE Stage III as well as a few other parts, but nothing that I can imagine would play a role here. The car also has a GReddy Turbo Timer, but I've never had an issue with it.

Even with all this, the car runs normally under 6PSI.
