    Prices for 17" Split Spokes?

I know the dealer will charge me an arm and a leg but they're closed right now and I gotta wait till Monday to find out. Basically, I was driving home last night, and it was late, and I was very tired so I wasn't paying as much attention to the road as I should have been. Kind of in autopilot mode. I hit something that was on the road and I felt a very large bang. Pulled over pretty quick and surveyed the car for damage. Driver's side front tire: FLAT... And it wasn't losing air, it was already flat. So it must have been a rather large puncture. Driver's side rear tire: Bubble Passenger's side front & rear rims: Both have a rather LARGE chunk missing out of the lip but no apparent damage to the tires. WTF did I hit? I didn't even see anything!! After checking out the car in the light today, I am glad to report that there is no body damage. All I saw was that the undercarriage had some scratches on it.

Anyway, I changed the flat on the side of the road... in the dark... ... ... ... with a little flashlight . Thankfully the rotation on the spare was in the right direction. Putting that jack back in its little compartment was a PITA. Few problems as I drive home. Obviously, I feel a little wobble. The balancing is definitely off. Also, prior to this happening, if I was driving straight the steering wheel was dead center. Now it is not, so I'm assuming the alignment is off as well. I just hope there's no suspension damage. That's all I'm praying for at this point.

OK, so back to the original question... Around how much do split spoke 17s run at the dealer? I was told that if I call my insurance company, my premium should not increase. Is this true? If it is, would they also give me enough to cover the cost of tires because I need at least two new tires at this point. I have a $500 deductible, and all this will certainly run more than that so it would be cost effective to go that route.

Thanks in advance for whatever advice you guys can offer. I tried searching for this but didn't have much luck finding OEM rims. I was also looking for the thread that VMR had posted about their latest rims but I forgot where it was located. If I get enough from insurance, I might just do 18" or 19" RS4 reps instead...

hartmann sells split spoke reps in 18s for $265ea. which is probably less expensive than the dealer charges for the 17s. i haven't seen the 17s in a replica though.
