My dad is looking for some decent but not too expensive summers for his A8L. on stock 19s. I believe they are 255/40/19. He was originally going to just get a set of P6's since that is what Audi throws on, but the since he has Blizzaks for the winter he decided to go for a summer tire instead. What is the best summer tire that's not too expensive. Yes, i know, he has an A8L he can spend a little more for better tires, but he doesn't want to spend a lot so please just give me some of the less expensive btu still very good choices. Thanks.

    .... Kumho ECSTA SPT ($173) or Yokohama S-drive ($204)

if that is still too expensive

    ...Falken FK 452 ($165)

S.Drive is the least "aggressive" summer tire, and should last a little longer than the Kumho (but don't expect more than 20K miles). Kumho's would also be a little noisier as they get older.
