AWE LWFW resurface kit has less holes then my original awe LWFW??

The AWE LWFW has 12 bolt holes, and the new resurface kit they sent me only has 8? The 8 holes line up but what about the other 4??

Wouldn't it not be as strong? any suggestions on what I should do?

My AWE lwfw looks so good, no hot spots or anything. I'm going to just clean it off and reuse it, and send the lwfw resurface kit back to them.
