'08 a6 3.2 Software question

hey guys i actually have an a4 usp and i am thinking of getting this a6 today but before i do i would like to ask if this car can be modded?? and what do you guys think of this car?? and also what is the body code on this model.... like a 2004 a4 is a b6 what is this one?? thanks in advance and i cant wait to join this forum, i was always in the b6 forum looking to squeeze every hp i can, but would not mind the change, and shift into luxury mode.

the model style is C6. the mods are about the same chip, exhaust, etc

20 hp gain and 21lb ft of torque.
improves the throttle response and removes the governer.
and you could get a nice exhaust system and more.
if you get an A6 get the S-Line, you wont be dissapointed.

thanks for your help, i got the car and its the same as Kareem's A6 its the s line with all packages, it is sweet!! it only had 22,000 miles and i got the cpo till 100,000. i picked it up for 35,000 incl tax and lic. ill post pics soon as i gat a chance.

you got a crazy good deal!!..........All you need to do with those cars is lower them and put some wheels 19's or 20's. They're not fast so I wouldn't waste time with performance mods besides a K&N filter. Put a sound system in there!!

Congrats on the purchase. I also have a C6 A6. Mine is the 3.2 quattro. True enough that they aren't all that fast, but it's plush and luxurious as hell. But your V8 should be plenty fast. Great deal!!!

Very nice interior, I was looking at a white C6 with the amulet interior and they wanted top dollar for the car... I settled for the my black interior on my C6...

Go with the C6 A6 you will not be disappointed. The car makes a statement and people do take notice. You will notice the guys in the 5 Series and E class Mercs peering over at you.

As far as modding, I just can't see myself doing that to this car. To begin with you get plenty of power and torque right out of the box. As you know once you start modding you don't really stop...
