It can till they pull her over or its time to smog the car. My car was smog exempt with the stand along. so I never needed to take it in to get smogged.

yeah you can get you car registered as a smog exempt car. I believe you take it to someone that imports cars, you pay them a few bucks and they register the car as an import. That is how I think it is done.

They register the car as CNG.


They can even change it to diesel which means you are smog exempt, no tickets and cant be sent to a ref.
