    Hi All,

If you want the ultimate stopping power, the Keramikbremsen carbon/ceramic composite brakes from quattro GmbH are just what the doctor ordered.

Translated from the Audi Deutschland website:
"Ceramic brakes offer not only quadruple the life span of conventional steel brakes, but also higher brake performance and high fading stability. After repeated braking, for example when driving on a sporting secondary road, the brake performance does not diminish.
"The unsprung rotary mass at the wheels are reduced by approximately 20 kg/45lbs (50%) over conventional brake disks and the result is noticeably higher driving dynamics and agility.
"AUDI ceramic brake disks consist of carbon-fiber reinforced ceramic. This material composition contains Silicon Carbide as the basic material, which is very hard and resistant to friction. In it are embedded high-strength carbon fibers, which effectively absorb material tension and stresses.
"The life span is quadrupled opposite an identically constructed brake disk from steel: The high abrasion resistance of the ceramic disks means a lifespan of up to 300,000km/185,000mi. Additionally, the extreme surface hardness of ceramic makes the brake disks resists road salt, corrosion and rust."

Kit is for front and rear and includes:
    • 380x38mm drilled ceramic rotors, front
    • 356x28mm drilled ceramic rotors, rear
    • Six-piston monoblock Brembo calipers, front (grey metallic color with signature "AUDI ceramic" logo)
    • Four-piston monoblock Brembo calipers, rear (grey metallic color)
    • Composite brake pad set, front
    • Composite brake pad set, rear
    • All related lines & mounting hardware
    • Installation instructions on CD

We are importing these packages directly from Audi AG and the kit price will be $27,500. Click here or on the pic below to order...

What about the Bentley 412mm brakes? Will they fit?

The Bentley Ceramics are 420x40mm and won't work for this car. They are an OEM rotor for the RS6 though... ;)

Do you have one that works for Q7? I don't want the 420mm one because that probably won't fit to my 20" wheels. I know Q7 V12 also equipped with 20" wheels but not all the 20" can fit in with the 420mm disc. I am looking for the 400mm one. Thanks!

Q7 uses a unique bolt pattern (5x130) along with a unique offset so other sets from different models are likely not going to work. The Q7 V12 TDI set does require a 20" wheel that works with the system obviously. Is there a reason why you don't feel your wheel would work?

If you were interested in the 420mm set I do have this available, PM or email: [email protected]

    Cheers,
I just know that not all the 20" wheels will fit the 420mm disc. I don't want to purchase the ceramic brake then end up I also need to upgrade my wheels. Let me think about it and see there is a better option.

    Thanks!
