Anyone know the weight of the OEM catback and/or full exhaust? Just looking to make a comparison with aftermarket.

    Heavy as hell...

I'm sure someone on here will know. I'm quite curious myself.

    just did that last week!

connected some pieces of wood to studs in the ceiling, threw on some hooks, and hung it from the exhaust hangers.

Yeah, having it put on somewhere but your house and then having to transport it back to your house, still in 1 piece! That was a pain!

75lbs? Really, I carried mine to the backyard and it didn't seem that heavy. It's off an RS4 but I assume that the weights are pretty similar. It felt like it was no more than 50lbs if that.

    Re: B7 S4 exhaust weight?

mine's under the house. if i'd had a shop install it, i would have had them cut the stocker. basically in the same place as the aftermarket systems. hell of a lot easier to move and store when it is in pieces. it was easy to have my old exhaust welded back together

BTW, I got weights for sale if anyone is interested. Complete Ivanko gym, rubber encased freeweights, dumbbells, racks, benches, squat rack, seated calf and a S4 exhaust curl bar.

Turning my home gym into an office, but i also sell the stuff on the side.

I sell across the country all the time and shipping rates aren't that bad. I mostly sell to training facilities with deeper pockets but even with shipping, my prices are much lower than you can find Ivankos anywhere. If there is serious interest, pm me. I don't want to keep jacking this thread.
