    clear corner mod

    So im doing the basic CC mod to my non xenon headlights and im ready to put them back together but im having trouble getting the metal clasp that goes under the lens back in place. I have loosened the lamp adjuster and still cant get the clasp and lesne back in place. WTF? anyone got ideas

    take your time and try to wiggle the piece back in at different angles. worked for me but took some time. 1st headlight took me over an hour to do, 2nd one was under 20min. go figure lol

    yeah i started with an x-tra headlamp that i had lying around that already had broken tabs and it worked ok but i felt like i was being rougher with it than I would want to be with my own perfectly good lamps.

    now this may be dumb question but do i try to put the clasp back in first and slide the lense over it or the other way around??

    take a pic.

    isnt the xenon lens just held in by 4 screws?

    take the xenon bulb out, then take the xenon lens out, giving you a huge hole into your headlight.

    Idk about auto leveling lights but for the manual ones all you have to do is adjust the lights up a slid the amber piece under the light housing. Taking out the projector is not even needed.
