Well car is back with the new clutch, H&R coilovers, sways, snub, new engine mount, replaced front control arms... I washed and waxed her last night and here are a few pictures. I may have to raise it up a bit - not sure yet.

The car was rubbing on the drivers side front when I picked it up from the shop. I brought it home and removed the bolt at the top of the fender well and it stopped rubbing at that point. It surely will rub if I'm careless and go to fast over a large bump. I guess an example would be in my work parking lot they have a drainage area that runs across the road, it's about 1 foot wide and a 3 inch drop. If I hit that at 30mph it will rub, if I hit it at 20 everything is fine. With my normal cautious driving it isn't rubbing.

I'm expecting the coilovers to sag a bit in the coming weeks at which point it will probably start rubbing and I'll have to raise it back up a bit. I also haven't had the car full of people, but generally don't let others in the back seat :) The ride is much better than I expected. You can surely feel the road better but also bumps become more visible. I took my wife for a ride and she said it felt pretty close to stock to her regarding comfort. The car handles great and feels like it's on rails.

So here is a word of caution to everyone as these cars get older, check your control arm's plastic/graphite piece which holds the bushing that the coilover bolts into (sorry I don't know the proper name for the part). My tech is a great guy, very honest and when he had the suspension apart he noticed the part that holds the bushing into the aluminum control arm was mangled on both sides of the car. I checked it out and it was broken in several places. I decided to just replace the entire control arm on both sides.

Oh yeah, I think I really need to CC or get some ecodes....

Generally on dark colored cars people color match the trim and everything matches, which looks great. However on dark moro blue with all the shiny trim and mirrors it seems to look really good with hypersilver rs4 reps. With other colored rims I'd probably darken everything out.

Damn dude, your car looks almost identical to mine. So all I can say is Sweet!!!! Yeah you may consider raising it just a touch IMHO.

Looks great! H&R's can go way low and still drive nice. I would go lower with mine if I still had the stock bumper. It just hurts more scraping the Oetty :)
