Body coloured bluetooth shark fin...

Hello guys,

Last night I placed an order for the B8 A4 S-Line. One of the options I've had is the bluetooth phone preperation (low). While I was there I noticed some display cars had black shark fins (not matching body colour), and others had them matching the body colour.

The saleman wasn't sure why there was a difference, or what the difference was - and I want mine to come body coloured and not black as it looks odd.

Does anybody here know what the difference is, or what stipulates whether it will be black or body coloured? Or is it just choise/prefference?

Europe gets black shark fin. North America gets body-colored shark fin.

My salesman has confirm that my antena will be colour coded to the car, which I'm pleased about.

But still puzzling based on your reply, and the fact my local dealership (in the UK) has cars with both black and colour coded?

Does anybody else maybe know what the criteria is???
