Hello all,
I've been lurking here for a while, and been into wagons for over 10 years. I just bought my second Audi A4 Avant, a very odd build, obviously someone special oredered the car as no dealer in ameriduh would ever think about stocking a car like this.
Specs are as follows:
2004 A4 Avant 1.8t quattro
Atlas Grey with grey cloth!!! interior
Sport Package
Cold weather package
Bose
Rear seat side impact airbags
I've owned the car for a little over a week now and I'm very happy with it. The extra headroom provided by not having a sunroof is fantastic(I'm 6'3") and quite a welcome change compared to my previous B5 avant. Anyway, onto the pics:
A quick pic of my previous B5, sold to an Audizine member just a few miles from me:
And a few shots of my very own creation(sold because I aquired a track-day addiction and did not want to see it turned into an expensive ball of metal...used the $$$ to build a track rat MK3 VW golf). This was the first new car I ever bought and first car I ever turned into a project. It started because I really loved the 337 edition GTI but I prefer the extra utility of a wagon, so I bought a base model 1.8t Jetta wagon(no sunroof, leather, alloys,etc...) and turned it into what you see here, my interprtation of a factory-built 337 wagon. Last I heard it was in Georgia, in the hands of a fellow responsible adult European wagon enthusiast.
Thanks for looking,
Tom
