    Bad Bushings?

How do I know if my bushings are bad? As of lately I'm hearing a humming sound with a slight vibration while going about 65-80 mph. At first I thought my wheels needed rebalancing. But not 100% sure. Haven't had a chance to get it looked at.

That sounds just like mine did when it went out. Only my left one went out. Can you tell if it's coming from one side or the other? On mine I could tell it was coming from the left side. Mine was covered under warranty, but I think it's around a grand to fix at the dealer.

were or are you on factory suspension. I'm still under warranty, but i'm running h&r coilovers. I do hear it coming from the right side. I had my wheels rebalanced and the viberation went away. It's more of a sound now. I'm getting my rotors replaced so i'll have them look and see.

Sounds like low tread and a tire balance to me. What makes you think that it could be the bushings. Now bearings, I could see you thinking that that could be the problem, but they would also make noise at lower speeds.

I'm going with low tread (humming sound) and tire balance (vibration at 60mph).

Mine was on stock suspension. Raudi driver could be right, it could be the tire. The sound and feel is similar. He is right it will do it at low and high speeds, but not all the time. If you are hearing from only the right side, you could try and switch the tires from the left side.

I just put brand new tires less than 2 months ago. No noise at low speeds. More at like 80mph. Just had the wheels rebalanced this morning. Come to find out the guy put my wheels on wrong. I have staggered wheels. 1 inch up front, 2 inch at rear. He put the rears up front and fronts in the rears. Also just found out my rotors are lipped.
