BBK during winter

I'm getting a BBK soon but the question is should I put it on before winter or just wait until after winter? I'm not getting zinc coated rotors, I think it looks ugly. Where I live we get a few big snow falls a year but a lot of ice...

Will they rust or anything?

Rotors rust, fact of life...the moment your drive the rust wears off.

Get the zinc coating, it comes in silver and wear off wear the pads contact, but will not on the rest off the rotor. So your rotors will only rust on the contact area but the rest of the rotor will still be new looking.
