Trying to figure out what brand clutch it is. All I know it is uses a rs4 pressure plate and is matted to a fidanza LWF. Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Can Anyone ID this clutch??

also he said that he thinks there is something missing for the pilot to sit into, does this look to be true. Also the flywheel bolt that I bought (OEM ones) bottom out before being able to tighten them down (too long of a bolt).

Southbend cluctches usually paint their pressure plates red, maybe its one of theirs.

    Will,

Good luck with the build. Looks like the shop still has your car? Hope everything is going well. Let me know when it's out. I'm still waiting for the ECU. Good luck with everything.

thanks bro. Yah I wish the car was being worked on up there at a more competent shop. One that could figure this shit out for themselves.lol. I was suppose to have it back today. Hope I get this all worked out today. Then the ECU is all yours.

Re: Can Anyone ID this clutch??

Bro "Silence" sold it to me, thats why I was asking if you knew how to contact him, lol. My shop is insisting that something is missing. Im talking with fidanza and southbend right now. And this clutch suppose to has less then 3k miles. But it looks like more. Oh well.

Re: Can Anyone ID this clutch??

oh my bad. I was not trying to make silence look bad at all. He is in the process of helping me out big time with this. He did tell me what he knew when he sold it to me. He is a good seller and good guy. I would buy from him again. I think its more my shop then anything else. I wish my car was back up there...

Re: Can Anyone ID this clutch??

I let him know everything up front, and I definitely only had about 2-3k miles on it. I took it out because I didnt like the LWFW or the engagement of the clutch. All of which I told him. As far as clutch and flywheel, its a fidanza LWFW and an Rs4 style pressure plate. Look at the SAC mechanism. Not sure why his shop os having so many problems.
    Cheers! David
