    CORVETTE Z06… SCUDERIA?
KATECH PERFORMANCE BUILDS LIGHTWEIGHT Z06 CLUBSPORT

Katech Performance, the company that builds the engines for the world-famous Corvette Racing C6R racecars has just released a lightweight tuning package for the Z06. This Clubsport kit shaves pounds off the stock Z06 so you can shave seconds off your lap time – and it is still street legal.

Sold exclusively through Les Stanford Chevrolet in Dearborn, MI, the complete car weighs just 2,915 lbs in regular trim, or as little as 2,825 lbs in it’s most basic form. The kit also improves grip, cornering, braking and downforce.

impressive updates. but, i fail to see the point in calling it a z06 scuderia. that makes no sense. the author lost me there.

What that car needs is a NA engine that makes 100 hp/liter.

I totally agree too. I also think its blasphemy to mention Scuderia and Z06 in the same sentence relating to each other in any way.

and custom interiors by Carravagio that look as good as any Italian exotic.
LOL. The Vette needs this more than the weight loss.

    Re: Z06 Scuderia?

anyone who can afford a $100,00+ Z06 isn't buying it for the interior.

not what I would spend that much money on, but that is one sick vehicle nevertheless.
