Yay, got an A4!

Hey everyone, just wanted to post up some pics of my newest purchase. I sold my motorcycle to get a "beater" and ended up buying this (sorry for the crappy cell phone pics):













It's a 1999.5 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro with 86k on it and in immaculate condition! Now I have 2 two light silver metallic facelift B5's !

Na, stage 3 S4 with n2O is plenty. This is my daily driver. I am going to put my S4 stock echaust on it (for looks) and sport suspension. Probably and RS4 grill too.

It was just a joke, actually. The joke was that it came with a higher suspension so it could crawl over the snow better. I had no idea it had the cold weather package. Just supposed to go along with the joke. You know... like how there's only snow in the cold..

If I were you, I'd just make it an all out snow-driving machine. Outfit it with the best snow tires and anything else to help with traveling through snow. Put those 4x4 trucks to shame!

I have Bridgestone Blizzaks mounted on my S4 wheels for the winter . I may end up getting some nokian hakkaplitta's when they wear out.

Nokians are definitely the way to go. I drove my dad's Jetta TDI (FWD mind you) through my school's baseball field covered with about two feet of snow. He had Nokian WR2's (I think). I could plow through the snow so easily with that car and never got stuck on the road no matter how deep it got.

Now with quattro and a heavier car, it could only get better. I can't wait for the first snow fall this winter.

Nice purchase. I drove a 2.8 Tip 4x4 on all seasons and I think it plowed through snow better than my lowered 1.8T on winter tires.
