Wheel fit help?

Can anyody help me on this? I have a 2000 B5 S4 (stock suspension) and I am not sure about the stock offset. I would like to mount ADR Propulsion wheels that are 19X8.5 with 35 mm offset (front and back). With 235/35/19 General Exclaim UHP tires. Will these fit, or am I going to have problems with the brakes or suspension?

if you put 19" rims on a s4 with stock suspension the only thing you'll have to worry about fitting is yoursef into the crowd.

you'll need spacers.. 8mm maybe 10mm.
