Does anyone have any idea what this might mean?

The car will work gears 1-4 but when it gets to gear 5 it gets confused and shifts back and forth (4-5) about three times and then goes into limp mode. This is under normal driving (no hard acceleration)

Help! This was not happening with the normal chip

Its a 2003 allroad.
