Search and you'll find what you need.

So so so much more comes into play when upgrading the turbo then just the PSI the stock internals will take. but to answer your question i wouldn't go over 25psi, HP is somewhere between 300hp and 350hp (someone please correct me if i'm wrong).

I did the first search for you, turbo comparison, start here:

And a little tip..... don't waste your time with the K04, if you don't want to go all out GT2860R or a 71R then get a GTRS.

    Re: boost question

well i am buying some parts but i wanna go the right way, i have on the list a test pipe a high flow intake an apr sport exhaust a front mount intercooler a cold air intake and a garret gt2560r turbo, im just trying to find out how much that would give me, i really would be very happy with 290hp to crank i dont want much, mostly just reliability, but idk how much id get with the stage 3 tune that revo offers plus the parts iv listed above, i really apreciate the hepl a lot.
    thank u

    Re: boost question

    1. Test pipe is good.

    2. Intake is NOT needed, the stock airbox was built perfectly. unless you are going larger then a GTRS stay stock airbox and just put a K&N Free-Flow Panel filter in it then put a nuspeed TIP (turbo inlet pipe) on it.

    3. do not get the APR exhaust, it will crack at the weld joints, you will find miles of posts on this. nuspeed is good, custom magnaflow, or thermal R&D (I LOVE MY THERMAL RACE EXHAUST AND WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD).

    4. Front Mount Intercooler is a great choice, if you go ebay generic kit you will need some extra parts aside what comes with the kit and have them welded to the piping, i found out the hard way that i shoudl have just gone with a kit made exactly for the B6.

    5. high flow intake AND a cold air intake? again, don't fu*k with the intake aside from putting in a new filter and the nuspeed TIP.

    6. you will also need a manifold for gt2560r i believe, a GTRS woudl be able to use the stock manifold, this woudl probably be the best choice.

    7. you will need 550cc fuel injectors for the Revo tune.

As for what your going to put down for number with that setup, i couldn't tell you, number don't mean too much to me, if i have fun driving it then i could care less :P
