Aftermarket rim/tire size adjustiablity in VAG-COM?

So I just picked up some 19's for a steal, and I've relized my speedo is no longer accurate. I looked up a tire calculator online, and it says I'm 3.1% slow. I'm running a 245/35/19 falken 452. I've also noticed a drastic drop in MPG. On stock wheels, i was getting around 27mpg, now it's 24ish. I believe most of that is due to the extra unsprung weight.

So does anyone know if I can get into VAG-COM and modify a setting to get my MFD accurate? I saw somewhere that you can go in and adjust miles to empty, but have not been able to find out how.

Did anyone else notice a change going from stock 17's to 18's or 19's?
