I think the turbo of my 2007 2.0T FWD tipt is not working but no light on, could that be possible? or could it be the program. I feel the car much slower and got appointment for next week. If i have to buy a new turbo i want to fit the BT but is not available yet.

    Re: Turbo Problem

ummm, doubt its your turbo...does the car still drive? if so turbo should be working

way to test, floor it and try to hear your turbo spool, it spools it works

did you have your car recently into service where they might have done a TSB and reflashed you back to stock?

    Re: Turbo Problem

there was a recall recently that would have done that, but there is no way the turbo is not working - first you would def get a cel, secondly you would know for sure because the car would barely move.

    Re: Turbo Problem

if it feels slower... check your pcv valve... also look for oil spots near the gas cap and engine.

if there was no turbo... you should feel a VERY VERY HEAVY slowing down and should automatically go into CEL (limp mode)
