Is this a good deal?

I am currently shopping for an A4 (or possibly an A6, but that's another story) and came across this 2005 3.2

Does this look like a good deal? the miles are a bit higher than most, but it looks fairly loaded and in good condition. Hopefully going to check it out tomorrow.

Seems like its a good deal, a little high on the mileage, but that's all a preference. I paid the same for me 2004 USP 4 months ago, but it only had 40k, and still has cpo.

Funny, the other car I am looking at is a 2004 USP with about 40K as well and for almost the exact same price. Tough decision since I like the look of the USP.

I should hopefully be going to look at this car tomorrow, is there anything I should be specifically looking for? asking about? should belts have been done by now?
