One Lapp of Ohio

Is anyone going to be at this event? I am thinking of going. If you know nothing about it let me know and I will provide you more information.

It is approximately 250 mile rally in eastern Ohio with 6 checkpoints. This is a competative event. Hope to hear from you guys and gals on this.

I've been to it before. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I don't have a navigator, so I won't be attending.

I did it last year.It was a blast.Some contestants are real serious and some(me) aren't.Show up Friday and leave Sunday.It's the weekend of Oct 24.It's $175 per car and starts at Salt Fork Lodge

Like MYDWAGON said. It is a competative rally event. I believe you can be as serious as you want. I have never been before so I have no idea. I would assume it is on local paved roads, where speeding is at the drivers expense. The cost is $175 per car, which includes one co-driver, lunch, and other such goodies. When I was at the rally, some would speed off and then go find a place to chill out before the checkpoint. When it got to be the right time, they would get back in the car and drive to reach the checkpoint at the (hopefully) correct time for their car. Others would stick to continued driving at the speed limit. The course is set up to observe the posted speed limits.
