    Lightbulb were is bose amp in the a3

    im looking to put some 10" or 12" sub in my A3 and dont really want to take up any cargo space... so i need some input and info on the were abouts of the stock BOSE amp... If any one has put a box in? how did you do it?

    Are going to run a line level converter off the hi level signals to convert them to low level signals, tap into the low level signals from the rear deck speakers, or run rcas from an aftermarket head unit? Either way I don't see why you need to know the location of the bose amp, it's for the speakers you won't get away with running a sub off it.

    IIRC, the amp is in the driver side of the hatch, remove the side covering and you'll discover the sub along w/ the amp.
