bose amp location

I have searched and searched and have not been able to find an answer to my question. I am curious as to where the stock bose amp is located in my 2000 A4 1.8T. I really need help with this because i am doing my install tomorrow and I don't want to have to rerun all new wiring and would rather just bypass myv stock amp.

in the trunk otn the driver side behind the carpeted panel. if you're looking directly at where the stock jack and cd changer would be, its to the right of it
